Background:


These procedures should be used when filing a Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization or an Amended Chapter 11 Plan.

 

Please do NOT use these procedures for filing a Chapter 11 Small Business Plan (Form 425 A)

 

 

Step-by-Step Procedures:



  1. Select [Bankruptcy>Plan]

     

  1. Enter case number and click Next

 

  1. Select Chapter 11 Plan/ Amended Plan from event pick list and click Next

 

  1. Select Party from party pick list you represent or Add/Create New Party and click Next

    The Attorney/Party association page may display.
    Click Here for more information.

     

  2. The Chapter 11 Options Screen will display

    • Select the appropriate radio button

    • Click Next

       

       

  3. If you chose Chapter 11 Plan or Chapter 11 Liquidating Plan, go to step 7

    • Click the down arrow to select a prefix

    • Click Next

    • If a prefix does not apply to your filing, just click Next

     

  4. The PDF Screen will display

     

    • Select the appropriate radio button

    • Click Next

       

  5. If you chose "Pro Rata percentage paid to Unsecured Creditors," go to step 10.

    IF you chose "Specific percentage paid to Unsecured Creditors,"

    • Enter the Percentage to be paid to Unsecured Creditors
    • Click Next

     

  6. A blank page will display.  Click Next

     

    • Verify the accuracy of the docket text.  If not correct/if correct

    • Click Next to complete filing process

     

 


 

The Notice of Electronic Filing will display.  It is the verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.

 

Copies of this notice and the document filed are emailed to all participants who receive electronic notification in the case.  You have a period of 15 days for a one time free look at the document filed.
